Our Mission
To care for and protect dogs that first responders encounter,
during the scope of their duties, who are injured, sick,
homeless, abused, or breed-specific in Garland County, AR.
Hi! My name is Moose
I love going on walks and demand at least three a day. I stand at the gate after going potty (perfectly trained) and sit doing pitter-patter feet in a happy dance, waiting for my leash to be attached so we can enjoy time walking.
I'm around 3 years old and know basic commands. When I get excited, I have to do zoomies, but I'll return and lean my body on yours, looking up for your approval.
I'm good with most dogs, but I prefer a personal interview with my new friends (humans call it meet-and-greets). Oh, and those meow things, not recommended, I'm sure I'm allergic to cats. All I really need is a couch to chill on, a hand to give me scratches, and a person to enjoy walking with — you know, a best friend.
Today we received a donation from Carson King for our kennels. Carson decided to make the donation in memory of fallen Hot Springs Police Department Corporal, Brent Scrimshire. Brent was one of the most giving, caring, and honorable people I've ever known. Blue for Brent asked people to do good deeds in memory of him and Carson chose us! Carson, thank you so much! You are a difference-maker!
Today was the three-year anniversary of his EOW: 03/10/2020.
Kirk and I thank all of our supporters for their love and continued support for our little rescue. ~ LeeAnn
All Donations are Tax Deductible!
We appreciate our followers more than words. You guys are the backbone of our rescue. I hope you all see the heart we have for these dogs.
We will continue to serve our community in the best way we can. We are excited to show you all the new kennels we have built on-site. Donations go to paying for the new kennels and veterinary bills our rescue dogs incur. Thank you all. ~ LeeAnn
